The Newport Bayside Inn, circa 1928, is a Dutch Colonial architectural style Inn located in the historic Point neighborhood of Newport, Rhode Island that features rare, spectacular views of Newport Harbor, sunsets, the Newport Bridge and the historic Naval War College. Our Inn is one of the few Bed & Breakfasts in Newport with its proximity to the water and yet is also walking distance to all of Newport's downtown attractions. So you can enjoy the tranquility of the water as you sit back and watch the sail boats go by from your deck or window overlooking the bay.
