Terms and Conditions for all Offers and Special Packages

• All offers are based on availability, some restrictions may apply.
• All packages are subject to 7% sales tax and are based on double occupancy.
• Non-package rates are also available.
• A $60 Restaurant Gift Certificate will be given upon arrival for Dinner Inclusive Packages at 22 Bowen’s, The Mooring Restaurant or Sardella's.
• For the Triple Mansion Package, a voucher redeemable to tour three Newport County Preservation Society Mansion Tickets will be given upon arrival. Guests may choose any three mansions to tour including The Breakers, The Elms, Marble House, Rose Cliff, Chateau-sur-Mer, Chepstow, Isaac Bell House, Kingscote or Green Animals Topiary Garden.
• For the Golf Package, 18 holes of golf for two will be arranged with a cart at a Newport County golf course on the island. Transportation to & from golf course the responsibility of the guest.
• For the Tennis Buff Package, court reservations will be made for 1 hour of play on a grass court. Court reservations include use of the tennis lounge, gentlemen’s and ladies locker rooms. Spring water is available on all grass courts. Towels may be checked out. Also, please note that it is strongly encouraged that players wear all or predominately white attire on the courts to keep in tradition with the International Tennis Hall of Fame and the historic heritage of the venue. Also, please note that grass court tennis shoes are not allowed.
• For the America’s Cup Sailing Package, a 2 hour casual sail will be arranged for afternoon or sunset, depending on availability on a Twelve Meter Yacht with America’s Cup Charters.
