Inn Policies:

• Check-in between 3 p.m.and 6 p.m., check-out is 11 a.m.
• Late Check-ins may be arranged if necessary.
• Children 14 years or older welcome
• Cancellations or any changes to your reservations must be made 14 days in advance of your check-in date. Refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days less a $25 handling fee per room reservation. No refunds for cancellations made less 14 days before the arrival date unless we are able to rent the room at no loss to the inn. No refunds for early departure.
• A deposit of one night is required to confirm a reservation unless reservation is for four or more nights, then a 50% deposit is required. Remaining balance of your stay required upon check-in. 7% Rhode Island room tax is added to all stays.
• Room changes and cancellations cannot be processed other than over the telephone.
• We're sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
